ENGAGE Project Coordinator (EU-Funded)
An-Najah National University is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the ENGAGE Project, funded by the European Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's activities, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with national and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of the ENGAGE Project in line with EU guidelines and regulations.
Develop and monitor project work plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with consortium partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
Manage project reporting, documentation, and financial tracking.
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with EU project management and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, education, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in EU-funded projects or international cooperation.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities in English.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
