An-Najah National University is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational
Therapist for the Palestinian Childhood Institute. This role is crucial for providing
specialized care and support to children with autism spectrum disorder and other
developmental challenges. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of

requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy: The applicant must hold a

  •  Dedication and Professionalism: We are looking for individuals who are
  • passionate, professional, and highly motivated to work within the realm of
  • rehabilitation, specifically with children who have autism spectrum disorder
  • and other developmental challenges.
  •  Ability to Handle Work Pressure: The role may involve working in high-
  • pressure situations, so the candidate should possess the ability to remain
  • calm and composed under stress.
  • Teamwork Skills: Collaboration is a key aspect of our work. The candidate
  • should have the skills to work effectively within a team, as achieving our
  • goals with children often requires a joint effort.
  • Practical Training: Practical experience is highly valued. Preference will be
  • given to candidates who have previous practical experience working with
  • children who have autism spectrum disorder. This experience can be gained

Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist will work primarily in the Rehabilitation Classes
Department for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role will involve
conducting individual therapy sessions and providing care to children attending the
occupational therapy clinic in the evening.
